We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain appointment availability while being fair to our customers.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the purchase and applicable law.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

The appointment may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing notice may be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund and may be subject to the terms applicable to the booking or service purchased.

Customers are encouraged to arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled session.

Arriving late does not automatically extend the scheduled session.

If a late arrival prevents participation in the full session, the appointment may be treated according to the applicable cancellation or no-show policy.

Membership cancellation terms are governed by the applicable membership agreement.

For month-to-month memberships, cancellation must be requested according to the terms of the membership agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership agreement:

• Membership fees are not prorated.
• There are no refunds for partially used membership months.
• A membership cancelled during a membership month remains active through the end of that paid membership month.
• Membership benefits are available only during the applicable paid membership period.

Private events, workshops, ceremonies, parties, and other special events may have separate cancellation and refund terms.

Those terms will be provided at the time of booking and may differ from our standard appointment cancellation policy.

Promotional offers, discounted packages, gift certificates, and special-event purchases may have additional restrictions.

Any special cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed when the offer is purchased.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

If A Little Bit Salty must cancel an appointment, event, or service for reasons within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service or provide an appropriate refund or credit, as applicable.
