Special Events Cancellation & Refund Policy

At A Little Bit Salty, we love bringing our community together for unique experiences, special events, and a little salty fun! 💜

Because our special events often involve limited seating, guest facilitators, supplies, and advance preparations, we have a separate cancellation policy for special event bookings.

Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before an Event

• Guests who cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled event start time are eligible for a full refund or may request a credit toward a future event.
• All cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours of an Event

• All special event tickets become non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled event start time.
• No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, missed events, or no-shows.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person with advance notice and approval from A Little Bit Salty.
• Rescheduling or event credits within the 72-hour window are not guaranteed and may be offered at management's discretion.

Event Cancellations by A Little Bit Salty

If A Little Bit Salty cancels an event, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled event.

Important Information

This policy applies to all special events, including sound baths, Reiki, yoga, workshops, themed gatherings, DIY experiences, and other ticketed events.

Regular salt cave sessions remain subject to our standard 2-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

By purchasing a special event ticket, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
