Welcome to A Little Bit Salty. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, purchasing a membership, attending an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A Little Bit Salty provides salt cave, halotherapy, wellness, relaxation, and related services and experiences.

Our services are intended to provide a wellness and relaxation experience. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Participation in our services is voluntary.

Customers should consult their physician or other qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or questions about whether a service is appropriate for them.

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, Mindbody, by telephone, or through other booking methods offered by A Little Bit Salty.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the appointment has been successfully booked.

Customers should arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled session when requested.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the session.

For safety, scheduling, and customer-experience reasons, a late arrival may not be able to receive the full scheduled session.

Customers are expected to follow all posted rules, instructions, and reasonable requests from A Little Bit Salty staff.

Customers may be asked to leave or may be denied participation if their behavior creates a safety concern, substantially disrupts other customers, or violates our rules.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors participating in services.

A parent or legal guardian may be required to remain present during services involving children.

Additional rules may apply to children's sessions and special events.

Membership terms, pricing, benefits, expiration dates, cancellation requirements, and other membership conditions are governed by the applicable membership agreement.

Memberships are generally for the specific membership period purchased and may not be transferred unless expressly permitted by A Little Bit Salty.

Prices are displayed at the time of booking or purchase and may change from time to time.

Payment may be processed through Mindbody or another payment processor used by A Little Bit Salty.

By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process authorized charges.

Promotional offers may have additional terms, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

A Little Bit Salty reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

A Little Bit Salty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customers should inform A Little Bit Salty of any condition or circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate.

Customers should not participate if they are experiencing an illness or condition that could reasonably create a health or safety concern for themselves or others.

A Little Bit Salty may refuse or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary for safety.
